"I been with them many years!!!! They messed up my policy when last year January 2025..I came to there office to added the new Toyota RAV4 2025 and my wife to policy make sure to get coverage, I kept asked them my wife get coverage on policy and they say YES, she can use 3 vehicles and get coverage if something happens Last couple days I try to get contacted to there office Ms Tina or Rachel to needs the letter to make sure my wife name on the policy coverage They called me back and say my wife not on the policy, she not get coverage if something happens . Lol I don’t know how they messed up paper work very important like that if my wife get something happens Please don’t go to there agency if you feel unsafe Update On January 9/2026 I received an email from Myra G Lopez after I complained their office messed up my wife paperwork for coverage on auto insurance They said they want correct results matter This is how results matter from their office They went up price on my auto policy renews with good drivers, no claims, no accident and no tickets Now they want increasing money to adding my wife name on policy …they are messed up my wife paperwork for coverage, we bought new Toyota RAV4 2025, that mean we want coverage for my wife if something happens on the road, texas got accident every single day…. Jesus ! How can their business make big mistake like that Please everyone beware to go to this office for bad service and try to scammers money with no reason Update February 4/2026 This is picture on the bottom to showed my bill for 6 months after I added my wife on my policy coverage $892.31 for 6 months bills 892.31:6 =$148.71 I don’t know how Myra Lopez calculated 892.31:6=$161.20 They make me to pay that amount $161.20 a month I gave them another chance to fix there problems on January 8, but they kept messed up like a joking I have no time for this business, time to leaving Everyone must beware to go to this insurance agent !!!! They are super liarssssssss"

"One of the best customer service teams I have ever worked with at Natalie Reyes State Farm. They are fast, diligent, and always willing to answer my questions no matter how trivial or silly they may be. Dina Quinones was wonderful in helping me set up my home policy with State Farm. She is attentive and explains things clearly, which is especially helpful for people who do not fully understand how insurance works. I also recently had the pleasure of working with Ethan Querin. I had an issue with my loan provider, and he quickly and effortlessly helped me resolve it. Crystal Jimenez worked with me briefly as well and was very polite and helpful. Overall, an A+ team."

My family and I relocated from Delaware and I was concerned that I would take a huge hit with my insurance, but everything turned out great. "Was at my bank refinancing my auto loans and the State Farm app showed my insurance as current but when I went to get the insurance cards they still showed expired. I even tried online, so I called Natalie Reyes office and Ethan answered! Conversation was all but 5 minutes, he understood exactly what I needed and sent my current updated insurance cards to my email immediately! The process was so smooth and easy! The best thing was it was FAST! I am 100% happy I switched over to State Farm a few years ago! Natalie Reyes office has been the best!"

"Today I visited my State Farm office after joining them earlier this month after discontinuing a 30 year plus membership l had with Allstate. All three of my autos are now covered by SF. Plus it’s now at a lower rate.My switch was made possible by Account Representative Melissa Ponzopena. I’ve met lots insurance agents and representatives though out my years, And Melissa has knowledge in all aspects of her industry.She listened to me and guided us though all the details of coverage. Her communication skills are indeed excellent. This young lady gives me hope for our newer generation of adults that have honest business practices.This State Farm office is highly recommended to anyone who values customer service. "I want to rate this agent and her staff with negative stars. They are quick to take your money, quick to spam call you and upsell their services, but don't answer their phones when you call and don't return your call when you ask them to locate the reason they canceled your son's policy without any written or known reasons they can state. We bundled 3 autos and home insurance with this agent and when I asked why they don't answer, they say they're busy helping other customers. I asked for a return call and here I am 9 business day's later and my 17 year old son's insurance lapsed and no return call as to why their agency cannot insure his Lexus we purchased. This place is a joke, unprofessional, and probably pays their friends and family to rate this business. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT go to this agent. We have no at fault accidents on our record and they are no help in locating why are policy keeps constantly getting raised."
