"Melissa was such great help with the fact that we were on the phone for almost 2 hours finding my policy and making adjustments and doing all of that I’ve never had anybody have as much as patience as she did and at any point in time throughout the whole conversation, you could tell that she was just happy to Assist me And you could actually tell she was happy too five stars as I give it.
